Returns & Refund Policy — Little Dreams

At Little Dreams, every piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Made by hand, just for you
Each item is handmade to order. Because of this, please allow 1–2 weeks for your piece to be made before it ships. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–10 days depending on your location. These timeframes are part of what makes your piece special — it's crafted individually, not pulled off a shelf.

The handmade difference
As every piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, enamel, finish, and shape are completely normal. These aren't flaws — they're the fingerprint of a handmade item, and they mean your piece is truly one of a kind. Slight differences from the product photos are to be expected and are not considered faults.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at ameliaslittledreams@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

Returns & change of mind
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at ameliaslittledreams@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are covered by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Custom or personalised orders
Custom or personalised pieces are made specifically for you and can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at ameliaslittledreams@gmail.com. As pieces are made to order, we can only cancel if work on your item hasn't already begun.
